- Timely delivery: We have completed 95% of procurement jobs within the last two years before or by the deadline. The 5% delay was due to COVID-19 restrictions in the earlier part of 2020.
- Procurement review upon delivery: This is a crucial step for us and has ensured client
satisfaction in all cases.
- Technical meetings with OEMs and end-users on the scope of supply.
- Weekly project management feedbacks with suppliers and clients.
- Monthly finance meetings to secure authorisation for expenditure and assess costs.
- Quarterly maintenance appraisal for equipment procured.
